SUBJECT : MANDATORY VACCINATION POLICY – EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 9, 2021
To all our customers, suppliers and subcontractors,
In order to Help Industry Thrive while fully living our company value of Health, Safety and Environment, Laurentide has implemented a vaccination policy against COVID-19. The objective of this measure is to ensure an environment that allows our employees, customers, and suppliers and subcontractors who work in our facilities to carry out their work in a safe manner and with complete peace of mind.
To this end, as of September 9, 2021, all customers, suppliers and subcontractors who wish to access our facilities must:
• present their vaccination passport in due form upon arrival;
• submit to screening measures for COVID-19 symptoms at reception (questionnaire and thermal cameras).
Access to our facilities will be denied to any customer, supplier or subcontractor showing symptoms of COVID-19 or if it is not possible to establish their vaccination status.
We have everyone's health and safety at heart and want to minimize the risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
