While thriving, we kept nurturing a culture where people feel valued, supported, and engaged.

Reinforcing the fundamentals remained a priority. Governance practices were strengthened, process standardization expanded across locations, cybersecurity awareness increased, and strict safety expectations upheld. These actions help protect teams, support partners, and enable sustainable long-term growth.


In 2023, the Value Blueprint was introduced with an ambitious target: deliver $100 billion in cumulative customer value by 2033, driven by measurable production improvements, cost optimization, and stronger asset performance.

Built into how industrial operations are engineered, executed, and supported, the Value Blueprint has already produced more than $3 billion in documented results since launch through higher reliability, steadier processes, lower energy intensity, and better project delivery.
