Atlantic Controls offers the entire range of valve repair services from simple repairs to total refurbishment. Each situation is unique; however our general process follows these steps:

General Inspection
The valve is received and inspected at a high level. As found photos are taken.

Dismantling and Cleaning
The valve is taken apart and each part is thoroughly cleaned.

Re-Inspection
The individual pieces are inspected in detail. As found photos are taken. Where needed, our valve engineers will review the wear/damage and advise on process issues and mitigation methods.

Repairing or Replacing
Depending on the level of wear, parts are machined or completely replaced.

Assembling and Testing
Valve is reassembled and tested to meet appropriate standards.

Painting/Finishing
The valve is painted, finalized and tagged. A certificate of conformity is provided. A report is provided that details the exact work done, instead of a generic 'replaced trim’. As left pictures and test reports are provided within the final repair documentation.
