The 2021 competition recognizes Montreal employers who have shown resilience and innovated during the pandemic. Winning companies have put in place outstanding HR programs and flexible work policies to help employees better juggle work and family life. Companies were also compared by region and industry.

For example, to help our team stay connected despite working from home, we created the We Care digital platform for employees and encouraged them to participate in remote yoga classes, have a coffee break chat or have a remote «happy hour». This platform also features a channel for company good news, remote work advice and a section on mental health and wellness.
