Following this training, the participant will be able to understand and use an analyzer collector, transfer routes, recognize the difference between correct and incorrect data readings and compare vibration measurements taken to preset alert parameters.

  • Although this course is not represented by a specific product, participants will use Emerson’s CSI technologies to complete the classroom assignments. They will learn how to use the vibration analyzer in conjunction with Emerson’s Machinery Health Management software which serves as a platform for vibration fault analysis.
  • Additional review and preparation is offered to prepare the participant to write the Canadian Machinery Vibration Association Category I exam.
  • This training is conducted in accordance with ISO 18436-3, «Requirements for training bodies and the training process».
